What is Swiftr?
Swiftr is the training membership that gives you access to a world of top-notch gyms and studios all over Luxembourg. It has never been easier to vary your training, have the opportunity to explore new training forms and to find your favorite. Our partner studios are selected with the utmost care based on their knowledge, quality and passion. Download our app, register as a member and start training!
Swiftr is the perfect option for everyone who wants to vary their training without having to compromise on neither price nor quality. With a Swiftr membership, you are not tied to a specific studio or training form - perfect for those who commute, travel, or just wants variation. 100% freedom! What do I have access to as a Swiftr member? As a member you get full access to all of the classes and opening hours presented in the app. In many cases we offer 100% of what the partner studio offers its regular members! However, this does not apply in all cases and Swiftr cannot guarantee that all classes / opening hours are included in the membership. The supply may also vary slightly over season.
Is Swiftr available as an app?

At every studio in Luxembourg that we collaborate with. We are constantly working to create partnerships with new and exciting partners so that you as a member can experience an even greater range of freedom and flexibility in your training.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes absolutely! Our Unlimited membership has no notice period or commitment period. Terminate the membership at any time! Unlimited 365 has a commitment period of 12 months but also a lower price.
How many visits can I make to each facility?
Each studio can be visited an unlimited number of times a month, unless otherwise stated on the studio profile.
When does my Swiftr membership start to apply?
Your membership starts as soon as you have registered as a member and entered your card details.
Does my membership renew automatically?
Yes, your membership is automatically renewed monthly. You will find the date for when your membership period is renewed under Account in the app.
How do I change my password?
Under your account settings in the app.
I forgot my password - what do I do?
Select “Forgotten password” in the app and enter your email address. You will receive an email with instructions.
I have time remaining on another training membership, but want to switch to Swiftr now!
Then we have the solution for you! We offer you up to 2 free months with us so you can get started with flexible training directly at all our studios. Email our customer service with proof of your remaining commitment time / termination time and we will help you get started. The offer is only valid for Unlimited 365 and a 12-month commitment period will start upon your first payment, The offer is only applicable for new customers and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
What do I do when arriving at a studio?
When you arrive at a studio, you always check in with the app by scanning Swiftr's QR code, which is visibly located inside the studio. Show your entrance ticket to the staff. Don't forget that you must be online to check in. Read more about check-ins here.
How many bookings can I have in parallel?
You can have 7 bookings in parallel.
How do I book a class?
You can find all classes under the Classes menu in the app and book your preferred class by clicking "Book class".
You can also train without booking (drop in) at many of our partner studios, i.e. exercise in the gym facilities during opening hours. These facilities are marked "drop in" in green. You check in as usual by scanning the QR-code upon arrival.
How do I cancel a class?
To cancel a class, go to Bookings in the app and select "Cancel class".
What policies apply when canceling a class?
You can cancel your training no later than four hours before class starts. If you fail to cancel your booked class within this time frame three times in one month, you will be prevented from making bookings for the rest of the month. However, you can still do drop in sessions for the month. You can also choose to unlock the possibility to book classes for EUR 30. Click here
Can I attend a class without booking?
To be able to attend classes led by an instructor, a booking is required. Search in the app for the class you want to attend and select "Book Class". For drop in training no booking is needed. In both cases, you check in by scanning Swiftr's QR code.
How do I know if the class is at my level?
The level of the class is usually stated in the class description. If no level is specified, everyone can participate. Some studios require a mandatory introductory course on one or more occasions for new visitors. For the studios affected by this, this is clearly stated on the studio profile.
The class I want to attend is fully booked, is there a waiting list?
Not yet, but we are working on offering a waiting list.
What happens if the QR code check-in does not work?
Check your internet connection - you must be online to check in. If it still doesn't work, click on the "check in" button in the app and select the little help button in the right corner. You will see a four-digit code that you can give to the staff instead.
Do you miss a specific partner studio or training form?
Send an email to our customer service and we will do what we can to meet your wishes.
Payment and prices
How much does a Swiftr membership cost?
Swiftr offers two types of memberships, tailored to suit you.
- Unlimited: EUR 119 per month - Unlimited training, no commitment period.
- Unlimited 365: EUR 99 per month - Unlimited training, commitment period 12 months. We do not believe in charging anyone just for becoming a customer, so all of our memberships are without a registration fee. Common to both memberships is full access to our entire supply and monthly payment.
How do I terminate or freeze my membership?
You can terminate and freeze your membership with at any time, as long as you do not have a commitment period. You can both terminate, freeze and re-activate your membership this by changing the account settings in the app. Please note that the membership must be terminated or frozen 2 days prior to the start of the next payment period to avoid automatic renewal of the membership.
Can I freeze my membership during the commitment period?
Yes. You can freeze it for up to 50 days per year by changing your account settings in the app.
How are my card details handled?
We use Stripe, a world-leading external payment service provider. We do not store any information about your card details. All card information is encrypted and sent directly to Stripe. You can pay your membership via Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

Contact our customer service and we will get back to you and make sure to offer you the best solution for your company.
Can I use my wellness allowance?
Of course! We can either send you an invoice for your membership and provide you with a receipt. Send us an email with your request and we will help you.

Do you have a student offer?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount on all memberships. Email a photo of your ID on your student/university card to our customer service email and we will return with a unique discount code.
